SOHO CLUB: new woven designs to dazzle
Art Deco and Gatsby, major 1920`s sources of interior inspiration were a key influence in the development of the SOHO CLUB collection, mixing metallic effect yarns with flat blocks of colour and incorporating lines to enhance the decadence of the glamour around the DECO era.
The combination of scale and geometric pattern in this collection bring infinite new possibilities to classical expressiveness, all very indicative of the 20`s and 30`s period.
BURLINGTON the main feature pattern draws inspiration from intricate modern architecture in its grandest form, whilst GROSVENOR captures this in miniature. ELIXIR endorses the myriad of gold and monotone hues and sparkles exuding the glamour of this period. BELGRAVIA on the other hand takes a more subtle approach to the line pattern. The graphics and scale of EATON and BOND make versatile accessories and echo the geometrical edifices of New York architecture in the 1920`s. DELUXE a new upholstery velvet exudes opulence whilst BROMPTON, also an upholstery takes on a more masculine character ; both easy to use and echo the look of the period. A variety of sheers are used in the book to compliment the overall experience.
Colour in SOHO CLUB takes on a historical note but with a modern twist so damson, teal, copper and cobalt add newness, whilst black and gold, clay and seal evoke the true colours of the sumptuous Art Deco era.
The collection also has the added benefit of flame retardancy throughout the collection.
