UK Delivery costs and procedures.

Timing

Next day delivery is available Mon– Fri on orders received before 4.30pm.

Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday with standard delivery.

Wide width cuts are processed within 2 working days.

Trim-to-fit orders are processed within 2 working days.

Print collection orders - delivery is usually 7 - 10 working days, however this will be confirmed on your order confirmation.

Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery: £ 7.50

Delivery before 12.00pm: £21.50

Delivery before 10.30am: £36.03

Saturday Morning Delivery: £45.00

NB. Orders over £150.00 for next-day service are Free

Collection by you

If you would prefer to collect your goods, please give a minimum of 4 hrs. notice.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, please contact our Sales team on +44(0)1706 717070 and they will be able to give you more information.

What if no one is in to sign for my delivery?

Our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise you of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection as above or to schedule a new delivery date.

Things are changing day by day, minute by minute and we think it is important to keep you informed of our service levels during this time.

Following our update yesterday evening, it is clear that a large number of our customers are still able to keep working and many are making products for the NHS and Healthcare environments and continue to require fabric and other products. We want to reassure you:

Our sister company Redwood TTM in Skelmersdale is continuing to manufacture medical equipment and mattresses for the NHS and Healthcare requirements at the request of the Government. Please let us know if they can help you with any medical products.
