Our Service Terms

DELIVERY

Next day delivery on all products ordered before 5.00pm for UK Mainland orders. Export orders are despatched to your requirements by arrangement with our export department.

CARRIER DAMAGE/LOSS

Please check all receipts for quantity and condition of goods prior to signing for your consignment. Your claim will become invalid unless your signature is appended as damaged or short and we are notified within 2 working days. Non delivery of the goods must be notified to us within 3 days of the invoice date.

CUT LENGTH SERVICE

We can provide a cut length service on most of our flame retardant and coloured lining products at an additional charge. Our domestic linings are available only in full rolls/pieces.

RETURN OF GOODS

MAKE UP

We can offer variations in make-up format on many of our lining fabrics. See details in product guide.

PIECE LENGTHS

The piece lengths quoted are nominal. Edmund Bell will despatch the nearest quantity available using full pieces, unless agreed otherwise. Tickets must be returned in the event of a piece length shortage claim.

TITLE

Title to goods shall remain with Edmund Bell & Co Limited until all payments are received in full.

TERMS

Payment shall be in sterling on or before 30 days following date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
